A Boomer Bus Ambassador certificate is a document children receive for agreeing to obey the bus riding rules. Boomer suggest that after the children take home and return the signed document (signed by child and guardian on the back of Boomer’s rules), agreeing to “obey the bus riding rules,” bus drivers can award them with a Boomer Bus Ambassador certificate recognizing and certifying they are a Boomer Bus Ambassador.

Spinning the Proper Attitude is a seminar that focuses on the little things that can make the difference in the attitude of a child. It emphasizes the importance of the positive position a bus driver can play. Boomer feels the bus driver’s position is often an untapped resource. They are the play maker on offense and the pivot position on defense. They can help start and end the school day for the child in a positive way! Boomer uses a basketball analogy to explain how consistent scoring and team defense can add up to a victory. He helps show the bus drivers how they can start off the child’s day in the right way by choosing the right play ...a positive attitude! Let's make the bus drivers "super heroes" in the eyes of the child!
